We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers, dealing with all situations fairly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make it right. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct this right away!
We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. We do our best to include a variety of angles and post photos of our items on social media of different body types wearing our outfits. Store Credit never expires. We can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn’t work out!
How will I receive my store credit?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.
How do I initiate an exchange?
Email email@example.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
Please note that you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.
